Sheer pira | Sweet walnut barfi-How-to make-Step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Milk powder – 2 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Walnuts – 3 tbsp
- Pistachio – 3 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
- Saffron a pinch
- Ghee – 1 tbsp [optional]
Preparation
- Break the walnut shell, and then finely chop walnuts.
- In a mixer jar add pistachios & coarsely grind.
- In a bowl add milk powder, ground pistachios, chopped walnuts & green cardamom powder mix well
- Grease tray with 1 tbsp of ghee.
- For sugar syrup :- Add sugar & water (1:1) in a pan then let it boil for 12 min till sticky balls forming consistency.
- Then cut off heat add this sugar syrup to the mixture and mix well & immediately transfer to the greased tray & spread evenly.
- Sprinkle ground pistachios & saffron spread evenly & leave it for 15 to 20 min.
- Then cut into desired shapes serve chilled.

Walnut-Break the shell & take the seeds
Chop walnuts
Finely chopped walnuts
In a mixer jar add pistachios & coarsely grind.
Ground pistachios
In a bowl add milk powder
Add ground pistachios
Add chopped walnuts
Add green cardamom powder
Mix well
For sugar syrup add sugar in a pan
Add water let it melt
Let it boil till balls forming consistency on low flame [Apr 12 min]
Now its ready cut off heat
Add sugar syrup to the mixture mix well
Transfer the mixture to a ghee greased tray & evenly spread
Sprinkle pistachios, spread evenly & leave it for 15 min
Cut into desired shapes
