Ingredients
- Mango puree - 2 cups
- Milk - 4 cups
- Green Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Almond - 2
- Cashew Nut - 3
- Pistachio - 3
- Ghee-5 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash, peel and cut the mango in to small cubes. Mash it well.
- Ghee roasts almond, cashew nut and pistachio. Then grate the roasted nuts keep it aside
- Heat broad pan with ghee then add mango puree sauté gently then add milk & mix well and cook it in low flame.
- Once milk and mango puree are boiled and thickened add sugar & mix well.
- Add corn flour, ghee and green cardamom powder & mix well.
- Once mango thickens & halwa consistency add grated nuts & mix well then cut off the heat then serve hot or cold.
Tip
- For Instant mango halwa use condensed milk or Khoa.
