Ingredients
- Wheat flour [Atta] – 3 cups
- Black urad dal – 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Method
- Wash and soak black urad dal for 8 hours. Then grind well.
- In a bowl add wheat flour and water mix well [double cream consistency]. Then add urad dal batter and salt mix well.
- Leave it for fermentation [for 5 to 7 hours]. If batter is thick add water then Make dosa as usual. Serve hot with tomato tamarind chutney or sambar

Put it in mixer jar & grind well
Wheat dosa batter after fermentation
Heat iron dosa tawa. pour batter, spread & shape. Sprinkle oil
Then Serve hot with coconut chutney
