Paneer tikka with tandoori masala | Paneer Capsicum Onion Skewers

Ingredients
- Paneer [Cottage Cheese] – 1 cup [cut into squares]
- Yellow capsicum – ½ cup [cut into squares]
- Red capsicum – ½ cup [cut into squares]
- Onion – ½ cup [cut into squares]
- Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Curd – 1 cup
- Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilli paste – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar – ½ tbsp
- Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
Method
- Cut paneer, capsicum, onion into thin squares.
- Take a bowl with fresh curd then add ginger, garlic & red chilli paste mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, pepper powder,cumin & coriander powder mix well. Then add salt, sugar & lemon juice mix well.
- Marinate paneer, capsicum & onion in curd mixture for 5 to 10 min.
- Then thread paneer, onion, red & yellow capsicum on a skewer one by one. Repeat the process for all marinated ingredients.
- Heat pan then pour oil place skewed paneer & roll/ flip over & cook four sides for 5 min. Then serve hot with roti.
