How to make Homemade paneer perfectly ? video
Ingredients
- Milk – 3 ltr
- Lemon – 2 ½ or 3 or lemon juice – 4 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat milk in a pan & let it boil.
- When boiling, Squeeze lemon juice & gently mix.
- Add more lemon drops if paneer not getting separated.
- After adding lemon juice pale- yellow -green water and paneer get separated then cut off heat.
- Firstly drain water in filter (mesh filter).
- Transfer paneer to soft cotton cloth close all the edges of cotton cloth, squeeze to drain excess water.
- Make a stack of layers: 1. Large plate 2. Upside down vegetable filter 3. Paneer 4. About 1 KG weight and leave it for 1 ½ hours
- The Paneer gets pressed and you will get soft, thick paneer for slicing.
- Then cut paneer into slices & store in refrigerator & consume within 7 days.

Heat broad pan, add milk and let it boil
When boiling add lemon juice
Mix gently then add more lemon juice
Now you can see the paneer and green water [separating]
Almost done
Now cut off heat
Drain green water
Press gently & squeeze extra water
Transfer paneer to soft cotton cloth
Now close all the edges of cotton cloth
Squeeze to drain excess water.
Place 1.large plate then place 2.upside down vegetable filter then place 3.paneer & press gently
Place about 1 kg weight & leave it for 2 hours
After 2 hours-remove weight
Paneer is ready
Remove cloth
Cut paneer into cubes store in refrigerator & consume within 7 days
