Ingredients
- Moong dal – 1 cup
- Green Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Jaggery – ¼ cup
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast moong dal till light brown. Cool it and coarsely grind.
- Add sugar and jaggery then grind well.
- Sprinkle ghee mix well and shape ladoo.
- Place it in airtight container use within 3 days
