Ingredients

  • Moong dal – 1 cup
  • Green Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery – ¼ cup
  • Ghee – 3 tbsp

Preparation

  • Dry roast moong dal till light brown. Cool it and coarsely grind.
  • Add sugar and jaggery then grind well.
  • Sprinkle ghee mix well and shape ladoo.
  • Place it in airtight container use within 3 days
