Cucumber pachadi | Vellarikka pachadi | Cucumber salad

Ingredients
- Cucumber – 2 small [cut in to cubes]
- Green chilli – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Fresh curd – 2 tbsp [fully whisked]
- Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
For seasoning
- Ground nut oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 spring
- Curry leaves – ½ tbsp
Method
- Cut cucumber in to cubes.
- In a bowl put cucumber, green chilli, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves and curd mix well. then sprinkle lemon juice mix gently.
- Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Cut off heat & sprinkle seasoned ingredients into cucumber mixture. Serve with chapathi or biryani.
