- While grinding Coconut chutny add 3 to 4 ground nuts for tasty chutney.
- If you want soft Chapati add little milk or curd while making dough.
- Add 2 to 3 drops of sesame oil and turmeric powder before boiling dal. This makes soft and adds flavor to it.
- If you want to keep green chillies for longer usage remove stalk and keep it in fridge with airtight plastic paper.
- Use thick plastic bag for storing batter in fridge instead of silver vessel.
- Put cauliflower in a warm water to remove worms.
- Place your kitchen rack's legs on the four bowls which filled with water. This way we prevent kitchen stuffs from ants without using any chemicals.
- Fill salt inside the coconut shell to keep for longer usage.
- Wash water bottle or milk feeding bottle with salt water to remove the bad smell immediately.Use wooden spoon for pickles.
- If you want crispy fry, sprinkle rice powder before fry.
- You can cut egg sharply if you use thread instead of knife.
- If you want flavored egg add turmeric powder or samabr powder or Garam masala into boiling water. The color of the egg turns from white to yellow or beige.
- For crispy bhindi fry add 1 tbsp curd or buttermilk while sauting.
- Put chopped vazhai poo or banana stem in buttermilk water mixture[to avoid changing colour].
- For crispy poori add 1 tbsp rava with wheat flour. It will be crispy for long time.
- For crispy medhu vada:-Add 1 tbsp rava or rice flour
- For natural yellow colour :- Soak saffron in warm water or warm milk for 5 to 10 then use for jangiri or laddu
- For red or pink natural colour:-Grate 1 beetroot, Add beetroot, water in a mixture jar, grind & filter then use this juice for jangiri, kesari bath or ladoo
