Tomato chutney | Onion tomato chutney | Thakkali chutney-How to make-Stepwise pictures & Video

Ingredients
- Tomato – 3 [chopped]
- Onion – 2 [sliced]
- Coconut – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Dry red chilli - 2
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Seasoning
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
- Heat pan with oil add onion sauté well then add garlic, red chilli and coconut sauté well.
- Add tomato sauté till raw smell out. Cut off heat add salt and sugar. Then put it in blender make fine paste.
- Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves. Put this seasoned ingredients in to ground paste. Then serve with idly, dosa.
