Sola Dosai [Proso millet Dosa]

Ingredients
- Solam (Proso millet) - 1 cup (100 g)
- Rice -1 cup
- Whole Urad Dal - 3/4 cup
- fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash and Soak urad dal &fenu greek, Rice & solam over night separately
- Grind them, mix well with salt then allow it for fermentation ( 8 hours aprx)
- Make dosai as usual, you can add chopped onion or vegetable toping
- Serve hot with coconut chutney, green mint, coriander chutney, beetroot chutney or any kurma
Tip
- Instead of rice completely solam can be used.
