Kambu Dosa | Pearl millet[Bajra] Dosa-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Kambhu (pearl millet ) - 3 cup
- Urad dal - ¾ cup
- Fenu greek seeds - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp
- Jaggery [grated] - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Wash and Soak urad dal, kambhu and fenugreek seeds separately for 6 hours
- Drain water then grind to nice.
- Transfer the batter to a container then add sea salt / normal salt then mix well cover it and leave it for fermentation (approximately 8 hours)
- Add rice flour and grated jaggery mix well (add water if the batter is too thick)
- Heat Dosa pan and brush oil then spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick. Cover it for 1 minute
- Once done flip
- Once dosa becomes crispy serve hot with chutney and sambar

In a bowl add pearl millet batter
Add urad dal batter & sea salt mix well & leave it for fermentation[Apr 7 hours]
After fermentation
Mix well
Perfect pearl millet dosa batter
Heat iron dosa tawa, pour 1 laddle of batter, spread it[clockwise round shape]
Pour 1 tbsp oil then cover it & cook
Now its ready
Crispy pearl millet dosa is ready, serve hot with chutney
Note
- More rice flour more crispy dosa it becomes
Tip
- Use your hands to mix the batter for good fermentation
