Vegetable sago upma | Javvarisi upma with vegetables-How to make-Stepwise pictures

Ingredients
- Sago [sabudana, javvarisi] – 1 cup
- Carrot – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Capsicum– ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Green chilli – 1 [slit]
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Add Bengal gram & urad dal sauté gently then add onion sauté till soft.
- Add carrot & capsicum sauté.
- Add ginger, green chilli and curry leaves sauté gently.
- Add sago & salt sauté gently till sabhudana changes to transparent.
- Once it’s cooked cut off heat then sprinkle coriander leaves serve hot.
How to make vegetable sago upma- Stepwise procedure & pictures[Simple, Easy]
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard & let it splutter. Then add bengal gram, urad dal & onion saute till soft
Add carrot, capsicum & salt saute
Add ginger, green chilli & curry leaves
Add sago, mix well & saute[apr. 3 min]
Once color changed then cut off heat
Sprinkle coriander leaves mix well
Vegetable sabudana upma is ready-Serve hot
