Paneer spring onion sabji[sabzi] | Paneer[cottage cheese] scallion dry curry

Ingredients
- Paneer [cottage cheese] – 1 cup [marinate with pepper & salt then shallow fry]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Garlic– 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Tomato – 1 [finely chopped]
- Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce – ¼ tsp
- Garam masala – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
- Spring onion – ½ cup
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water – 3 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan then add onion sauté till soft. Then add ginger, garlic & green chilli sauté.
- Add tomato sauté till soft. Then add spring onion, turmeric, red chilli & garam masala powder sauté. Then add water mix well.
- Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce mix well. Add salt, sugar & pepper powder mix well.
- Add paneer sauté & leave it for 1 min. Then sprinkle coriander leaves gently mix.
- Then cut off heat & Serve hot with boiled rice, chapatti, biryani or pulao.
