Ingredients
- Ragi semiya [vermicelli] – ¼ cup
- Jaggery / Brown sugar– 3 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp [optional]
- Milk – ½ cup
- Water – ¼ cup
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
- Cashewnuts - 5
- Raisins – 10
- Almonds – 3 [Ghee roast & grate]
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan then add cashewnuts, almonds roast.
- Add raisins roast. Then add ragi semiya roast.
- Add milk and water mix well & let it boil & thickens.
- Add sugar & jaggery mix well.
- Finally add cardamom powder mix well.
- Cut off heat & sprinkle roasted almonds then serve hot or cold.

Add milk let it boil
Add saffron
Add freshly ground brown sugar cardamom powder
Finally add ghee roasted nuts & raisins
Ragi seviyan kheer is ready, serve hot or cool
