Dal palak curry | Spinach dal | Spinach with moong & toor dal-How to make-Stepwise pictures

Ingredients
- Spinach – 1 bunch
- Toor dal – ¼ cup
- Yellow moong dal – 2 tbsp
- Ginger & garlic – 1 tbsp each [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Redchilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
- Hing - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Dry red chilli - 1
- Salt to taste
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Pluck, wash & chop spinach.
- Wash and boil toor dal & yellow moong dal with turmeric powder in cooker for 4 whistles.
- Heat oil and ghee in a pan then add hing & cumin seeds.
- Then add curry leaves, dry red chilli, ginger and garlic sauté gently.
- Add green chilli and chopped spinach sauté gently
- Then add turmeric and redchilli powder cook till soft.
- Add cooked dal mix well then add salt cook for 2 min.
- when boiling cut off heat & add lemon juice then serve hot with rice, chapthi.

Heat pan, add ghee and oil
Add cumin seeds & hing
Add ginger, garlic, and green chilli
Add dry red chilli, curry leaves, & chopped spinach
Add turmeric and red chilli powder
Cooked spinach
Boiled toor dal and moong dal
Add boiled dals, mix well, leave it for boil
Cut off heat, Add salt and lemon juice
Serve hot with chapati
