Ingredients
- Pirandai [adamant creeper] – 1 cup [Wash and peel the edges then chop]
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram-1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds-1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds-1 tbsp
- Dry red chilli-2
- Sambar onion [shallots] - 6
- Garlic-2 cloves
- Coconut – 4 tbsp [grated]
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Heat pan with oil then fry pirandai.
- Heat another pan then roast all remaining ingredients.
- Coarsely grind all ingredients (including pirandai, dont add water). Sprinkle gingelly oil when serve with rice.
