Cauliflower spring onion sabzi | Cauliflower spring onion [scallion] dry curry

Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 cup
- Spring onion – 1 cup [chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
For batter
- Maida – 1 tbsp
- Rice flour – 1 tbsp
- Gram flour [besan] – 1 tbsp
- Rava – ½ tbsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Method
- Break the whole cauliflower into medium florets.
- Take a bowl, pour warm water & add salt mix well then put cauliflower & leave it for 5 min then drain water.
- In a bowl add maida, besan, rice flour, rava, salt & pepper mix well. Then add water stir well. Batter should be light & mild watery.
- Dip cauliflower florets in maida batter mixture then deep fry till golden brown & keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan then add onion sauté till soft. Then add garlic & green chilli sauté. Add spring onion sauté.
- Add tomato sauce, red chilli powder & pepper powder mix well. Add 2 tbsp of water sauté till raw smell out.
- Then add fried cauliflower mix well & leave it for a min.
- Then cut off heat & Serve hot with boiled rice, chapatti, biryani or pulao.
