Coriander thogayal | Kothamalli Thovaiyal

Ingredients
- Coriander – 2 cup
- Coconut – ¼ cup
- Toor dal – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – ½ tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
- Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
- Tamarind – ½ inch
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Dry red chilli - 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan then add toor dal, Bengal gram and urad dal roast till golden brown. Then transfer to a plate.
- Then roast coriander seeds and cumin seeds. And keep it aside.
- Next roast dry red chilli and garlic. Then roast coconut. . And keep it aside.
- Roast coriander leaves with 1 tbsp oil till soft. And keep it aside.
- In a mixer jar put all roasted ingredients, tamarind, and salt. Coarsely grind.
- Then sprinkle gingelly oil. Serve hot with rice
