Nano Soya chunks sabzi | Meal Maker Stir fry

Ingredients
- Soya chunks [Nano, Mini] -1 cup
- Tomato ketchup [sauce] – ½ cup
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Garlic- 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
For batter
- Rava [semolina] – ½ tbsp
- Rice flour or corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Maida – 1 tbsp
- Gram flour [Besan] – 1 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Water – Apr. 1 cup
Method For Deep frying nano soya chunks
- In a bowl add maida, besan, rice flour, rava, salt & pepper mix well. Then add water stir well.
- Batter should be light & mild watery
- Boil water then put nano soya chunks leave it for 10 min then drain & squeeze extra water.
- Dip nano chunks in maida batter mixture then deep fry till golden brown.
Method for sabzi or dry curry
- Heat oil in a pan then add onion sauté till soft. Then add ginger & garlic & green chilli saute.
- Add tomato ketchup, rice flour & pepper powder mix well. Add 2 tbsp of water saute till raw smell out.
- Then add fried nano soya chunks mix well & leave it for a min. Then cut off heat & Serve hot with boiled rice, chapatti, biryani or pulao
