Ingredients
- Moong dal[pasi paruppu] – 2 tbsp
- Toor dal – ½ tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – ½ tbsp
- Dry red chilli – 1
- Coconut – 2 tbsp [grated]
- Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
- Peppercorns - 5
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Heat pan with oil then roast all ingredients
- Cool it and put roasted ingredients, & salt in a mixer jar then coarsely grind.
- Sprinkle gingelly oil & serve with rice.
