Pudina thogayal | Mint thogayal recipe

Ingredients
- Pudina [mint leaves] – 1 cup
- Toor dal – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – ½ tbsp
- Dry red chilli – 3
- Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
- Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
- Coconut – 2 tbsp [grated]
- Tamarind – ½ inch
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat pan with oil put toor dal, Bengal gram and urad dal roast till golden brown.
- Next roast cumin and coriander seeds. Then roast onion, coconut, garlic, red chilli and tamarind.
- Finally roast pudina till soft. Cool it and put it in mixer jar coarsely grind all ingredients.
- Sprinkle gingelly oil and serve with rice.
