Rajma adai recipe | Red kidney beans adai

Ingredients
- Rajma beans [red kidney beans] – 1 cup
- Toor dal – ½ cup
- Bengal gram – ¼ cup
- Rice – 1 cup
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Cumin seed – 1 tbsp
- Dry red chilli - 4
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Water – 1 cup
Preparation
- Wash and Soak rajma beans, toor dal, bengal gram and rice overnight then drain water.
- Put soaked ingredients in a mixer jar with garlic, cumin seed, dry red chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt then coarsely grind.
- Heat iron dosa tawa, grease with oil then pour batter, spread it & shape like dosa. Cook both sides then serve hot with coconut chutney or idli podi
