Mild roasted coarse size wheat rava mix with vegetable and gives tasty, non sticky and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
- Wheat rava- 3 cups
- Carrot-1[diced]
- Potato-1 [diced]
- Coconut- 1 ½ inch [thinly sliced]
- Onion-1[sliced]
- Green chilli-1[chopped]
- Mustard seeds-1 tbsp
- Bengal gram-1 tbsp
- Urad dal-1 tbsp
- Curry leaves- 1 spring
- Ginger-2tbsp [finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves-2 tbsp [chopped]
- Lemon juice-1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water-4 ½ cups
- Oil – 3 tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast wheat rava.
- Heat pressure cooker then add oil. Put mustard seeds. Once it’s crackled add Bengal gram, urad dal sauté gently then add onion sauté well then add ginger, green chilli, curry leaves.
- Add carrot, potatoes and coconut sauté well.
- Add water and salt and mix well. Once water start boiling add wheat rava mix & well then cover it and cook for 1 whistle.
- Then add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well and serve hot with coconut chutney, pickle.

Add water & salt. once boiled add rava. cover it & cook for 1 whistle, then sprinkle coriander leaves & serve hot with coconut chutney
