Ingredients
- Drumstick [Murungakkai ] – 2
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Garlic – 2 cloves [mashed]
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Wash & cut Drumstick into ½ inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add garlic & curry leaves.
- Add parboiled Drumstick, salt, turmeric & red chilli powder sauté well.
- Drizzle water, cover it & cook till soft & mild crispy.
- Then cut off heat & serve hot with rice.
