Ingredients

  • Drumstick [Murungakkai ] – 2
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Garlic – 2 cloves [mashed]
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  • Wash & cut Drumstick into ½ inch pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add garlic & curry leaves.
  • Add parboiled Drumstick, salt, turmeric & red chilli powder sauté well.
  • Drizzle water, cover it & cook till soft & mild crispy.
  • Then cut off heat & serve hot with rice.
