Pomegranate rava kesari | Semolina Pomegranate[kesari bath]-How to make-Stepwise pictures

Ingredients
- Semolina [suji, Sooji , rava, ravai] - 1 cup
- Pomegranate - 1 cup or [1 ½ cup pomegranate juice or puree]
- Ghee – ¼ cup
- Sugar – ¼ cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Cardamom powder- ½ tbsp
- Cashew nuts - 5
- Badam [Almonds] - 4
Preparation
- Dry roast rava & keep it aside.
- Put pomegranate seeds in a mixer jar & grind well, then filter & extract pomegranate juice out of it & keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan & roast cashew nuts & almonds, chop & keep it aside.
- In a same pan, pour pomegranate juice, water & let it boil. Then add ¼ cup of sugar mix well.
- Now add roasted rava slowly and gently to the pan mix well & stir for a min.
- Sprinkle ghee, cardamom powder, cashews & almonds mix well in medium flame.
- Then cut off heat. Cover lid & leave it for 3 min. Then serve hot or chilled.
Preparing Ghee From Cooking Butter-Method
- Heat pan with butter then stir well continuously in low flame till bubbles disappear.

How to Make Pomegranate rava kesari - Stepwise Pictures [Easy Method]
Dry roast rava
Pomegranate - 1 cup, grind to fine puree
After grind
Filter
Heat ghee in a pan roast almonds & cashews, chop & keep it aside
In the same pan add Pomegranate puree- 1 ½ cup + ½ cup of water
Stir & let it boil
When boiling, Add 1/4 cup of sugar, mix well in medium flame
Add rava, mix well & let it boil
When boiling add ghee
Add chopped nuts & cardamom powder mix well.
Cover lid, cut off heat, & leave it for 2 to 3 min.

Transfer to a serving plate, Garnish with almonds & cashews & serve hot

Preparing Ghee from butter-Heat pan add butter stir well in low flame
Stir continuously till bubbles disappear
Once spluttering sound stops & cut off heat
