Ingredients

  • Peanut[Groundnut, nilakadalai or verkadalai] - 1 cup
  • Carrot [grated] - 1 tbsp
  • Coconut [grated] - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli [chopped] - 1
  • Ginger - ½ tbsp grated
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 spring
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 3tbsp

Preparation

  • Wash and boil peanuts.
  • Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds. Once it’s spluttered add ginger, green chilli and curry leaves sauté gently then add grated coconut and carrot sauté for 2 min
  • Add boiled peanuts & mix well and sprinkle salt sauté for a min then serve hot
