If something tasty and you when know all the good facts about the ingredients, I hope you would prefer to have your kids drink that drink. Yes! That is Badam powder drink. If you prepare perfectly and I am sure no health drink in the market would compete your handmade, your own health drink “Mom made Badam drink”. You would hear your kid would say “Can I have one more glass please”.
ngredients
- Badam[Almonds] – ½ cup
- Cashew nuts – ¼ cup
- Pistachio – ¼ cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Nutmeg Scrapes – 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder (grind manually with 1 tbs of sugar) – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Preparation
- Dry (not over roast) roast almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio separately.
- In mixer, grind all ingredients coarsely then keep it aside.
- Take sugar add turmeric, cardamom powder, nutmeg scrapes and grind to powder
Mix altogether and let for some time - Transfer this to air-tight container
