Neer dosa | water dosa-How to Make-Stepwise Pictures

Ingredients
- Sona masoori rice – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – ½ cup or coconut milk – ¾ cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Wash & soak sona masoori rice overnight. Then grind well [Butter milk consistency].
- In a mixer jar add grated coconut add 4 tbsp of water then grind well. Then filter & extract coconut milk.
- In a bowl add sona masoori rice batter, coconut milk & salt mix well.[ batter should be watery consistency (like thick butter milk consistency] & leave it for 10 min.
- Once iron tawa heats pour the batter on the pan without touching it.
Do not use ladle to make dosa. Use it only to pour. Use small water cup to pour batter instead of ladle for better results. - Once roasted pour oil and optionally flip and cook on the other side.
- Serve hot with vegetable stew or chutney.
