Vazhaithandu pachadi | Banana stem raita-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Plantain stem – 6 inches
- Curd – 1 cup
- Curry leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
- Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp[chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
- Lemon juice – ¼ tsp
Preparation
- Take tender & fresh Plantain stem.
- Slice (round shape) & put into water immediately ( or it would become black).
- Once done, take 5 or 6 stakes of sliced plantain stem and chop nicely.
- Put it into curd immediately.
- Add few lemon drops, salt, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chilli.
Note
- No seasoning required.
Tip
- Don’t keep it for long time consume within 1 hour.
