Ingredients
- Bitter gourd [Pavakkai, karela, Momordica charantia] – 2 [cut into thin circles]
- Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 ½ tbsp
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash & thinly slice bitter gourd.
- In a bowl marinate bitter gourd slices with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt & lemon juice. Then leave it for 10 min.
- Heat pan with oil & deep fry till golden brown then 2 nd fry.
- Sprinkle salt & red chilli powder & serve hot with rice.

Bitter gourd
Cut into thine slices, Marinate with turmeric, red chilli powder & salt mix well
Drizzle lemon juice mix well
Leave it for 5 min
Heat oil in a pan add marinated bitter gourd slices then deep fry in medium hot oil
Deep fry till golden brown. Perfect stage take it out.
