Sesame dosa | Ellu Dosai

Ingredients
- Dosa batter – 1 cup
- Idli podi – 1 tbsp
- Black sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- White sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method
- Dry roast white & black sesame seeds
- Heat Dosa pan and brush oil then spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
- Sprinkle idli podi, white & black sesame seeds. Then pour 1 tbsp of oil around the dosa.
Cover lid for 1 minute. - Once dosa becomes crispy serve hot with chutney and sambar
