Ellu sadam | Sesame rice recipe-Quick & Easy Lunch box recipe

Ingredients
- Rice – 1 cup [boiled]
- Sesame seeds [til, ellu, black] – 1 ½ tbsp
- Coconut – 2 tbsp [grated]
- Dry red chilli – 2 or 3
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Gingelly oil – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Dry roast black sesame seeds, dry red chilli & coconut one by one then let it cool.
- Put roasted ingredients in a mixer jar & coarsely grind.
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, freshly ground sesame mixture. Then add boiled rice & salt mix well.
- Pour 1 tbsp of ginelly oil mix well then cut off heat. Serve hot.
