Ingredients

  • Maravalli kizhangu[Tapioca] – 2 cup [wash, peel & cut into cubes]
  • Idli rice – 1 cup
  • Urad dal – ¾ cup
  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp [for crispiness]
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed.
  • Oil – 2 tbsp [For making dosa]

Preparation

  • Wash & Soak urad dal & idli rice for 4 hours.
  • Grind urad dal, idli rice & maravalli kizhangu separately.
  • In a bowl pour urad dal, idli rice & maravalli kizhangu batter. Then add salt mix well & leave it for fermentation [apr.8 hours].
  • Then add rice flour mix well & make dosa as usual. Then serve hot with chutney or sambar
