Ingredients
- Maravalli kizhangu[Tapioca] – 2 cup [wash, peel & cut into cubes]
- Idli rice – 1 cup
- Urad dal – ¾ cup
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp [for crispiness]
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed.
- Oil – 2 tbsp [For making dosa]
Preparation
- Wash & Soak urad dal & idli rice for 4 hours.
- Grind urad dal, idli rice & maravalli kizhangu separately.
- In a bowl pour urad dal, idli rice & maravalli kizhangu batter. Then add salt mix well & leave it for fermentation [apr.8 hours].
- Then add rice flour mix well & make dosa as usual. Then serve hot with chutney or sambar
