Sweet Paniyaram | Inippu vella paniyaram-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Idli batter – 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
- Jaggery – ¼ cup [grated]
- Water - 4 tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat jaggery & water in a pan, stir well & let it melt. Once jaggery melted then cut off heat.
- Then add cardamom powder & cut off heat. Then let it cool.
- In a bowl, add idli batter, jaggery mixture mix well.
- Heat iron paniyaram tawa (Iron casting tastes better than other material) & grease with ghee then pour batter & fill all cavity.
- Cover lid and cook for 2 min.
- Flip over and pour 1 tbsp of ghee around the paniyaram then again cook for 2 min. Then cut off heat & take it out & serve hot.
How to make Sweet Paniyaram - Stepwise pictures[Simple,Quick & Easy]
Heat water & jaggery in a pan,& let it melt
Add cardamom powder then cut off heat & let it cool
Take a bowl, pour 1 cup of idli batter
Add jaggery mixture & mix well
Heat iron paniyaram tawa, grease with ghee then pour batter
Fill all the cavity, cover lid and cook both sides till golden brown and crisp
Sweet paniyaram is ready, take it out
Transfer to serving plate & Serve hot
