Fresh mint leaves chutney | Pudina chutney for idli & dosa or paper roast dosa

Ingredients
- Mint leaves [Pudina, Mentha] – 1 ½ cup
- Green chilli – 1 or 2
- Coconut – 3 tbsp
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Water as needed
For seasoning [optional]
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram - ½ tbsp
- Urad dal - ½ tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
- In a mixer jar add mint leaves, green chilli, coconut, ginger, salt & sugar then coarsely grind.
- Add enough water then again grind to fine or coarse paste.
- Serve with idli, dosa, adai or paper dosa
- For seasoning:- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, Bengal gram & curry leaves.
- Add seasoned ingredients over the chutney & Serve with idli, dosa..
