Instant neer dosa | Neer dosa with rice flour & coconut milk

Ingredients
- Rice flour – 2 cups
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- oil - 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Take a bowl add rice flour & water mix well like cream consistency then add coconut milk mix well [ batter should be watery consistency (like thick butter milk consistency] & leave it for 15 min.
- Once iron tawa heats pour the batter on the pan without touching it.
- Do not use ladle to make dosa. Use it only to pour. Use small water cup to pour batter instead of ladle for better results.
- Once roasted pour oil and optionally flip and cook on the other side.
- Serve hot with vegetable stew or chutney
