Coconut ladoo | Thengai ellu laddu | Nariyal til ladoo-How to make-step by step photos

Ingredients
- Coconut [Thengai, Nariyal] – 1 cup [grated] or desiccated coconut
- Sweet condensed milk – ¼ cup
- Milk powder – 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp or green cardamom – 3
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Almonds – 4
- Raisins - 5
- Cashews - 4
- Pistachios - 5
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Black sesame seeds [Ellu, til]– 1 tbsp [roasted]
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a pan add Almonds, Raisins, Cashews, Pistachios roast till light brown then chop and keep it aside.
- Heat pan add coconut & roast gently for 2 min.
- Break the cardamom shell; grind the seeds with pinch of sugar by stone mortar or Chapathi roller.
- Heat pan add roasted coconut, milk powder & sweet condensed milk then stir continuously.
- Then add cardamom powder mix well & stir well till all the moisture has been absorbed & mixture thickens.
- Finally add chopped nuts mix well & cut off heat. Then let it cool.
- Then make equal size ladoos from the mixture.
- Roll over each ladoos on the remaining roasted coconut & store it in an airtight container.
- Roll over remaining ladoos on the roasted black sesame seeds & serve chilled.

Heat ghee in a pan roast almonds, raisins, & pistachios then chop
Grind cardamom with 1 tsp of sugar
Cardamom powder is ready
Heat pan add coconut & roast for 2 min
Add milk powder
Add sweet condensed milk
Stir well till the mixture becomes thick
Add cardamom powder mix well
Add chopped nuts and stir well till the mixture becomes non sticky consistency then let it cool
Make equal size ladoo
Roll it in the roasted coconut & roasted black or white sesame [til] seeds
Coconut sesame ladoos are ready. Serve immediately or serve chilled
