Ingredients
- Banana [poovan banana, poovan pazham] – 5
- Kalkandu[diamond sugar] – 1 hand full
- Pachai karpooram [edible camphor]– 1 mustard seeds size
- Jaggery [grated] or karumbu sakkarai[Naatu chakkara] – 1 hand full
Preparation
- In a bowl add banana then mash well with hand.
- Then add kalkandu, jaggery, pachai karpooram mix well.
- Store it in an airtight container & use within 3 days.
