Ingredients

  • Banana [poovan banana, poovan pazham] – 5
  • Kalkandu[diamond sugar] – 1 hand full
  • Pachai karpooram [edible camphor]– 1 mustard seeds size
  • Jaggery [grated] or karumbu sakkarai[Naatu chakkara] – 1 hand full

Preparation

  • In a bowl add banana then mash well with hand.
  • Then add kalkandu, jaggery, pachai karpooram mix well.
  • Store it in an airtight container & use within 3 days.
