Chocolate mysore pak with jaggery- How to make-step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Gram flour [Besan, kadalai maavu] – 3/4 cup
- cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
- JAggery – 1 cup
- Water – ½ to ¾ cup
- Ghee – 3/4 cup [melted]
- Pistachios - 1 tbsp
Preparation Method-1
- Grease tray with ghee, keep it aside
- Heat pan, add gram flour roast till you get nice aroma.
- Add cocoa powder, ghee mix well without lumps
- Heat jaggery, water in a pan, let ti boil till one string consistency
- Add jaggery syrup to chocolate besan mixture mix well,
- Add pistachios, cook for 5 min
- Once its ready, cut off heat & immediately transfer to the ghee greased tray.
- Leave it for 5 min then cut into desired shapes when its is warm & store in an airtight container.

No sugar mysore pak
Add gram flour
Seive without lumps
Roast for 5 min
Add cocoa powder , mix well
Add ghee, mix well without lumps
Cook for 1 min
Cut off heat
Add jaggery
Add water
Dissolve
Strain without lumps
Boil till 1 string consistency
Palce butter sheet in a tray or ghee greased
One string consistency
CUt off heat
Pour into besan mixture
Mix well
Cook for 5 min
Add pistachios
Now its ready
Cut off heat
Transfer to a tray
Evenly spread
Sprinkle pista, let it set
After 2 hours
Slice & serve
