How to make Pomegranate rose rava kesari video
Ingredients
- Semolina [suji, Sooji , rava, ravai] - 1 cup
- Pomegranate - 2 cups
- Rose syrup / essence - 3/4 cup
- Ghee – ¼ cup
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder- ½ tbsp
- Cashew nuts & raisins- 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast rava & keep it aside.
- Put pomegranate seeds in a mixer jar & grind well, then filter & extract pomegranate juice out of it & keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan & roast cashew nuts & raisinss, chop & keep it aside.
- In a same pan, pour pomegranate juice, rose syrup & let it boil.
- Then add 3 tbsp sugar mix well.
- Now add roasted rava slowly and gently to the pan mix well & stir for a min.
- Sprinkle ghee, cardamom powder, cashews & raisins mix well in medium flame.
- Then cut off heat. Cover lid & leave it for 3 min. Then serve hot or chilled.

In a mixie jar, add pomegranate seeds
Gridn to fien puree
Strain without seeds
Remove seeds
Pomegranate juice ready
Heat 1 tbsp ghee, roast cashews, raisins
Add rava roast
Roasted rava ready
Heat pan, add pomegranate juice, rose syrup
Boil
add ghee
Add rava, mix well on low flame
add ghee
add cardamom powder
Add nuts
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds
Anar gulab ki kesari
Instant semolina kesari
Perfect textured kesari
