How to make Pomegranate rose rava kesari video


Ingredients

  • Semolina [suji, Sooji , rava, ravai] - 1 cup
  • Pomegranate - 2 cups
  • Rose syrup / essence - 3/4 cup
  • Ghee – ¼ cup
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder- ½ tbsp
  • Cashew nuts & raisins- 1 tbsp

Preparation

  • Dry roast rava & keep it aside.
  • Put pomegranate seeds in a mixer jar & grind well, then filter & extract pomegranate juice out of it & keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan & roast cashew nuts & raisinss, chop & keep it aside.
  • In a same pan, pour pomegranate juice, rose syrup & let it boil.
  • Then add 3 tbsp sugar mix well.
  • Now add roasted rava slowly and gently to the pan mix well & stir for a min.
  • Sprinkle ghee, cardamom powder, cashews & raisins mix well in medium flame.
  • Then cut off heat. Cover lid & leave it for 3 min. Then serve hot or chilled.
