Ingredients
- Rava - 1 cup
- Pineapple - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 3 cups
- Saffron a pinch
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cashews, raisins- 1 tbsp
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee add raisins, cashews roast until light brown
- Heat pan add 2 tbsp ghee add rava roast for 2 min then transfer to plate
- In the same pan add pineapple saute for 2 min
- Then add 3 cups of water, sugar boil for 2 min, then add roasted rava, mix well
- Cut off heat, leave it fro 2 min
- Add remaining ghee, cardamom powder, roasted nuts, mix well, cut off heat

- You can make Kesari ball and serve
