Badam milk | Almond milk | Masala paal-How to make-Stepwise pictures

Ingredients
- Badam [Almonds] – 1 cup
- Cashew nuts – ½ cup
- Pistachio – ½ cup
- Sugar – 1 ½ cup
- Nutmeg Scrapes – 1 tsp
- Saffron – 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder (grind manually with 1 tbs of sugar) – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Milk – 1 glass
Preparation
- Dry roast almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio separately.
- In a mixer jar, grind all ingredients coarsely then keep it aside.
- Take sugar add turmeric, cardamom powder, saffron, nutmeg scrapes and grind to powder.
- Mix altogether and let it cool. Then transfer to air-tight container keep it for 2 weeks.
- Boil 1 glass of milk then add 2 tbsp of freshly ground badam powder mix well & serve hot or chilled.

Badam milk ingredients[Almonds, cashews, pista]. Dry roast
After dry roast. Put it in mixer jar & coarsely grind
After Grinding
In a mixer jar add sugar, nutmeg scarps, cardamom seeds
Then add saffron, turmeric powder & grind to fine powder
Transfer sugar mixture to badam mixture mix well. Then again put this mixture in mixer jar & grind for 2 sec.
Badam milk mixture is ready.
Boil milk, Take a glass of hot milk, add 2 tbsp of badam powder mix well & serve hot or chilled
