Ingredients
- Maida/ wheat - 1.5 cup
- Active dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
- Luke warm water- 4 tbsp
- SAlt to taste
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Water as required
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
Ingredients for paneer tikka
- Curd/Hung curd - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Besan - 1 tbsp
- Lemon jucie - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli, turmeric, garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
- Green chilli - 1 chopped
- Capsicum - 3
- Onion - 2
- Paneer -200 gram
Preparation Method
- In a bowl add yeast, sugar, luke warm water, mix well, rest 10min
- Add flour, salt, oil, water make dough rise for 2 hours
- Then divide into balls, flatten into thick circle
- Heat tawa, cook both side until fluffy, brown spot appears
- For tikka masala, add all ingredients, mix well, refrigerate 1 hour
- Then dip skewers in water, thread paneer, capsicum, onion
- Pre-heat oven/otg 10 min , 250 degree C
- Bake for 30 min 200 degree middle rack, 10 min top rack

Turkish flatbread
Add Active dry yeast, sugar
Lukewarm water, mix well
Leave it 8 to15 min
Add maida
Add salt
Add water, make soft dough
add oil or butter, knead it for 5 mnin
Close it, rise for 2 hours
2 hours later
Knead it 1 min
Divide the dough in to equal size balls
Flatten thick
Perfect
cook until fluffy
light brown spot apprear both side
Perfect , soft flatbread ready
Turkish flatbread
Paneer Tikka
Cut Onion, capsicum in to cubes
Cut paneer into cubes or boiled aloo
Add curd, or hung curd
Green chillii, ginger, garlic, green chilli, turmeric
Red chilli powder
Garam masala, salt
Oil
Lemon juice, kasoori methi
! tbsp besan
Mix well
Perfect tikka mixture
Add onion, capsicum cubes, paneer
Mix well
Marinate for 1 hour in fridge
Refrigeratei mmediately
1 hour late, dont leave it too long time
Dip skewers in water
Thread paneer, capsicum,onion on skewers
Perfect
Tandoor or otg/oven bake
Drizzle ghee or oil
Bake or cook over direct flame
Baked paneer capscium ready
