- Godhumai - 1 cup
- Karuppati - 1 and 1/4 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Ghee [melted butter] – 1/3 to 1/2 cup
- Almond-5
- Cashew Nut-4
Preparation Method
- Heat ghee in a pan add ghee roast wheat flour [godhumai] for 8 min
- Add karuppatti and water in a pan boil for 2 min
- Add karuppati syrup to wheat mixture
- Add cardamom powder, remaining ghee, cook till the mixture start leaving the pan
- Once its ready, add nuts
- serve hot or cold

Saute for 5 to 8 min
