Ingredients
- Banana or Nenthra pazham] – 7 [Fully ripped]
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Ghee [melted butter] – 5 tbsp
- Jaggery [Vellam]– 1 cup
- Water -1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Almond, pistachio - 3 tbsp
Preparation Method
- In a mixie jar add 10 banana finely grind
- Heat pan add jaggery, water boil for 1 min
- Heat another pan, add ghee, ground banana, saute till colour changes to little bit dark
- Add jaggery syrup cook till it thickens
- Add ghee gradually
- Add corn flour cook till the mixer start leaving the pan
- Add cardamom powder, nuts
- serve hot or cold

Gradually add ghee
Add jaggery, water, melt for 2 min
Perfect strain without immpurities
Add banana, nuts mixture
Cook until thick , glossy
Add cardamom powder
Cook for 5 min
Halwa release ghee, perfect texture , time to switch off
pour into container
Evenly spread, let it set for 1 hour
Cut into desired shape, serve
