Banana corn flour halwa-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Banana – 5 [Fully ripped]
- Ghee [melted butter] – 4 tbsp
- Jaggery [Vellam]– 1 cup
- Corn flour - 3 tsp
- Almond, pistachios - 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat pan add water & jaggery melt it then drain/filter[to remove impurities] & again cook till light thick syrup consistency
- Peel off the banana skin mash well
- In a wide pan take 1 tbsp of ghee and roast (light brown) almonds, cashew nuts & chop, keep it aside.
- In the same pan add ghee & mashed banana sauté for 3 minutes and this make the banana tender.
- Pour the jaggery syrup to the pan stir well on medium flame for 10 min.
- Add ghee & stir continuously till the mixture becomes thick / start leaving the pan.
- Then cut off heat & Garnish with dry fruits serve cold / warm / hot.

Add 3 tsp corn flour
Add water, mix well
Corn flour mixture ready
Take 5 banana
Mash well
Add ghee, mashed banana
Saute for 2 min
Add jaggery
cook till thick, or the mixture start leaving the pan
Add 2 tbsp ghee gradually
Add corn flour mixture
Cook till the mixture leaving the pan
Add 1 tsp cardamom powder
Add nuts
Perfect halwa ready
