Naattu sakarai rava kesari-How to make-Stepwise Pictures & Video

Ingredients
- Rava[semolina] - 1 cup
- Water - 3 cups
- Naattu sakarai- 1 cup
- Caradamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee- 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
- Cashews, raisins - 3 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee add raisins, cashews roast until light brown
- Heat pan add 2 tbsp ghee add rava roast for 2 min then transfer to plate
- In the same pan add 3 cups of water boil, then add roasted rava, mix well
- Cut off heat, leave it fro 2 min
- Then add naattu sakkarai, remaining ghee mix well
- Add cardamom powder, roasted nuts, mix well, cut off heat

- You can make Kesari ball and serve
