Jaggery dry gulab jamun-How to make-Step by step photos & Video [Instant, Easy, Simple]

Ingredients
- Instant gulab jamun mix -1 cup
- Ghee- 1 tbsp
- Milk / water as required
- Oil for deep frying
- Desiccated coconut - 1/4 cup
For sugar syrup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Green cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Preparation
- In a bowl isntant gulab jamun mix , ghee, water, mix well , knead it and make soft dough.
- Then divide the dough into equal size balls. [Balls should be soft & smooth].
- Heat oil in a pan then deep fry till golden brown on medium hot oil for 2 to 3 min.
- For sugar syrup: - Heat water & sugar (1:1) in a pan stir well. Once sugar dissolved then let it boil.
- Then add green cardamom pwoder leave it for 5 min in medium flame.
- Once sugar syrup slightly thickens then cut off heat.
- Add fried balls in to the sugar syrup & leave it for 30 min.
- Then rollout into desiccated coconut.

Mini jamun
Gulab jamun without sugar
Add 1 cup jaggery powder
Add 1 cup water
Boil for 5 min
Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Jaggery syrup ready
Add instant gulab jamun mix
add ghee, mix well
Add water, make soft consistency dough
soft dough ready
Divide the mixture into equal size balls
Drop it in hot oil, depe fry till golden brown
Fry medium oil
Deep fry both sides
Fry only medium oil
Now its ready, remove it from oil
No absorbing oil
Put it in jaggery syrp
Leave it for 20 min
Perfect smooth juicy balls
Gulab jamun absorbing all the syrup
Rollover the desiccated coconut
Perfect dry jamun ready
