Capsicum chilli pepper masala noodles-Indian style-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Boiled noodles – 1 cup
- Yellow capsicum – ½ cup [finely chopped]
- Onion – ½ [finely chopped]
- Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli- 1 [finely chopped]
- Tomato chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
- Dark soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic sauté. Then add capsicum & green chilli sauté well.
- Add soya sauce & tomato chilli sauce. Then add garam masala mix well.
- Add boiled noodles, pepper powder, salt mix well.
- Finally add coriander leaves mix well & cut off heat, serve hot.

Heat oil in a pan add garlic, onion, green chilli saute well
Add capsicum saute
Add dark soya sauce, tomato chilli sauce mix well
Add garam masala saute
Boil noodles then drain water
Add boiled noodles and salt mix well
Add pepper powder or feshly ground pepper mix well
Add coriander leaves then cut off heat
Masala noodles is ready. Serve hot
