Ingredients

  • Boiled noodles – 1 cup
  • Yellow capsicum – ½ cup [finely chopped]
  • Onion – ½ [finely chopped]
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli- 1 [finely chopped]
  • Tomato chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Dark soya sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic sauté. Then add capsicum & green chilli sauté well.
  • Add soya sauce & tomato chilli sauce. Then add garam masala mix well.
  • Add boiled noodles, pepper powder, salt mix well.
  • Finally add coriander leaves mix well & cut off heat, serve hot.
