Akki rotti| Rice Roti-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Coconut – ¼ cup [finely chop]
- Coriander leaves – 3 springs [chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 to 2 [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp[finely chopped]
- Cashewnuts & groundnuts – 3tbsp [roasted & chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Sesame oil- 2 tbsp
Method
- In a pan add rice flour, salt & water mix well & make dosa batter consistency.
- Heat rice flour batter, stir well till you get soft dough.
- Then add all ingredients mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal size balls.
- Grease banan leaf with sesame oil, place lemon size ball & flatten into thick or thin roti.
- Heat iron dosa tawa, pour 1 tbsp oil, place prepared roti cook both sides.
- Then serve hot with chutney, sambar or pickle

Add rice flour
Add salt
Add water
Mix well
Heat pan, stir well till you get soft dough
Dough is ready, cut off heat
Add onion
Add green chilli
Add coconut
Add ginger
Add curry & coriander leaves
Add roasted groundnut & cashewnut
Add sesame oil, mix well
Grease banana leaf with sesame oil
Divide the mixture into equal size balls
Flatten into thin or thick roti
Heat iron dosa tawa, add 1 tbsp oil
Place roti, cook both sides
Now its ready, cut off heat
Akki roti ready, serve hot with coconut chutney or kurma
